We think you'll love our home. Our house sits in a quaint culdesac in Peppertree subdivision in Trussville. We are just a mile from the Paine Elementary campus, and only 2 miles from Publix! Here are some reasons our family has loved living here...
- one level living - We moved here when our oldest was a baby and we have loved raising all 3 of our little ones on the same level. It has made mom-jobs so much easier!
- large master bathroom - We are a close-knit family! There is plenty of room for little ones to play and stay in sight when Mom and Dad are getting ready.
- large bedrooms - Bedrooms are spacious enough for 2 children to share a room and have play space
- large room downstairs - Could be used as a 4th bedroom because of the window and closet. We use it as a playroom. There is a large walk-in closet to organize toys and for extra storage. Also a great room to entertain and watch football games!
- 4 car garage - Plenty of space for all of our kids' bikes and riding toys, extra fridge, and lots of storage.
- screened in porch - Our porch is shaded by a huge tree and overlooks the play area . It is so nice to leave the back door open and let kids roam in and out. Also a great place to have spring and fall suppers!
- laundry room - The laundry room has a window and a built-in ironing board that I leave folded out. That is very convenient!
- wonderful neighbors - I borrow eggs and butter on a regular basis!
